Guilty Gear 2 -Overture- Material Collection is a Japan-exclusive artbook for Guilty Gear 2 -Overture-. In 2017, a digital Kindle edition was released by Enterbrain, along with a print-on-demand edition.[3]
It contains concept artwork, illustrations, and seven short stories written by Yoji Ushizawa (牛澤庸二?) and Masaki Mejiro (目代将規?) that take place between Guilty Gear XX and Overture. They are: "Unparalleled Confession", "To Greater Heights!", "Oyabin's Tale of Past and Present", "Introduction to Metaphysics", "The First One", "Justice For Whom", "Ode to a Pool of Blood", and "Isotope & Isolation".
